I have filed bankruptcy in the past and am on the road to credit recovery. My plan is to first finance a car – pay it on time each month and then hopefully one day be able to purchase a home. I was approved for finance by a company called Drive Financial. Are they an okay company to do business with?

RUN! RUN AWAY, NOW! DO NOT DO IT!
My husband and I had very bad credit and we got a loan through Drive Financial. Unless you are ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE, do NOT DO IT!
First of all, they charge a $10 fee no matter how you pay each month. Take this into account when they try to tell you about your payment.
Second of all, if you are ever even a day late, they call. AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT. We’ve had them call at 10 pm, 2 am, it doesn’t matter.
I recommend you go and Google Drive Financial. You’ll find an endless stream of complaints there, and a great list of reasons not to finance a car through their company.
